This year's Plaid Shorts Meeting
of the Worthless Bastards
will take place in Engelbrecht House
and will be open only to sponsors of portals
in Wizard Academy's landmark tower,
currently under construction.

(Yes, this is extortion, but I'm
a worthless bastard, remember?)

The first 8 portal sponsors to notify
Tamara@WizardAcademy.org
of their intent to attend will be
given a room in Engelbrecht House
for the nights of Friday, Aug 14
and Saturday, Aug. 15.

Other portal sponsors will be
welcome to attend as well,
but they'll need to find
a place to stay.

We mostly just sit around and talk about books and movies
and sometimes we pile into cars and drive to the bookstore.
That's about it.  It's really just a day of rest.
The highlight of the day will likely be
when we climb up to the stardeck of the tower
after dark and touch the stars and feel the tingle of them.
