The Monday Morning Memo

June, 2002. Influenced by stories of the legendary late night Steve Rae sing-alongs, this class of Magical Worlds cognoscenti is still being sought TEN YEARS LATER by the Buda, Texas, police. The building in the background on the right is the second Wizard Academy classroom. (It was originally built to be a small work-out gym for Wizzo’s staff at Williams Marketing.) The very first Academy classroom was in the upstairs storage attic in the building on the left.

“The S.S. Minnow on Gilligan’s Island was a 1964 Wheeler with a cruising speed of 12 knots, which means they couldn’t have traveled more than 41.5 miles. Now I’m starting to doubt whether that show was even real.”
