The Monday Morning Memo

The BeagleSword was the psychological canyon
that exists in the mind of your customer
and the rabbit hole was a walk with David,
one of the heroes of Wizard Academy.

We’re given more details about the life of David than of any other
character in the Bible. David also wrote many of the Psalms.
When David was feeling blue, he personified the adage,
“It’s lonely at the top.” The following is the wizard’s
interpretation of what David seems to be
saying to God in his blue Psalms.
Perhaps you can relate.

The Psalm of a King

The dragons are too many

And I am weary.

Obstructionists tie ropes

To my ankles
And believe they are right.

Betrayers rally men

Against me
And believe they are right.

Tiny men like mosquitoes
Suck
 my blood
And believe they are right.

Those who love me

Point at every danger and difficulty
And believe they are helping.

The dragons are too many, Lord,

And I am weary.
And alone.

Hey, if you thought that was disturbing, check this out. – Indy
