The Monday Morning Memo

PREFACE

The novelist Elmore Leonard once explained the secret to his success:

I try to leave out the parts that people skip.”

I chose not to do that in this book.
I decided to let you choose for yourself which parts to skip.

Having made this choice, I run the risk of Charles Dickens who was on a tour of America in 1867 when a little girl on a train told him she liked his books,

though I do skip some of the very dull parts, once in a while; not the short dull parts, but the long ones.”

I’ve been answering questions about Wizard Academy for the past 14 years, telling her tale in bits and bobs, dribs and drabs, tatters and shreds.

You hold in your hands the complete and total story of Wizard Academy.

There is nothing left to tell.

I will let you choose which parts to skip.

Roy H Williams
