The Monday Morning Memo

The sidewalk extending from the archway at the top of the photo
is the entrance to Tuscan Court. It’s got a different feel than the rest of the campus.
A little more elegant, perhaps, a little more formal. Or maybe that’s just my impression.

Random Quote:

“If you think customer bonding is just another word for branding, I must respectfully disagree. I no longer use the word branding because enthusiastic young graphic artists have redefined it to mean a logo, a color palette, and a visual style guide. But these visual elements compose no more than 10% of a strong brand. A customer’s feelings about your brand are far more emotional than visual, just as your feelings about the people you love are based on much more than their appearance alone.”
