The Monday Morning Memo

Origin of the Beagle

The Wise-ards are Rewarded

Eugenio Cajes (1575-1634)

You’ve long known what the wise men gave:
“…gold, and frankincense and myrrh.”

Look at this painting and you’ll see
what the wise-ards were given in return.

Every wisard is given 2 beagles.
That’s the way it has always been.

The female beagle knows the relationships
that exist between all things.
She is Intuition.

The male beagle is
curiosity,
fantasy,
reckless imagination.

Indiana
is what they call me.
Glad to meet you.

“

Prohibition agent Izzy Einstein bragged that he could find liquor in any city in under 30 minutes. In Chicago it took him 21 min. In Atlanta 17, and Pittsburgh just 11. But New Orleans set the record: 35 seconds. Einstein asked his taxi driver where to get a drink, and the driver handed him one.
