The Monday Morning Memo

Seriously…for real…Toronto city officials made Spence
(an engagement ring store) take down their bus-shelter signage
that said, “It Sucks To Be Alone” because an angry woman
complained to city officials.  I tried to convince the wizard that
the engagement ring store should post this sign but he said he
didn’t want to start a Canadian civil war.
He can be such a wuss sometimes.

Random Quote:

“For lo, the days are hastening on,
By prophets seen of old,

When with the ever circling years
Shall come the time foretold,

When peace shall over all the earth
Its ancient splendors fling,

And the whole world send back the song
Which now the angels sing.”

- 4th stanza of "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear"
