Every rule is a shortcut, an abbreviation, a sort of acronym that represents a bigger, more robust truth. Here are some common acronyms: FTE, JFK, COB, LBJ, PTO, MLK, DJ, YOLO and let’s not forget MOFO.
And then there are SCUBA, IBM, WIFI and RADAR.
