The Monday Morning Memo

Free the Beagle is the first book in the Destinae trilogy. Although it’s Wizzo’s favorite among the eleven books he’s written, Free the Beagle sold very poorly in the U.S. but it was translated into Chinese, Japanese and Korean and it did extremely well overseas.  Wizzo says it’s because the Oriental culture is more attuned to symbolic thought and multilayered archetypes.

But here’s the interesting part:
Although it’s been several years since he wrote Free the Beagle, this week Wizzo was interviewed about that book for the very first time. And are you ready for this? It was a journalist in the Netherlands.

Wait. It gets even weirder.
The day after that Skype interview, Wizzo was reading a story about Antonio Pigafetta on Steve King’s Today in Literature website when he looked down to see a comment that had been added a week earlier. Check out the third comment from the top, below.
