The Monday Morning Memo

This is the inside flap of Destinae, the multilayered hardback that includes all 3 beagle books as well as transcripts of the 3 multiperson debates that follow.

Sigh.

Few people who speak English “get it.”
(Or if they do, they don't think much of it.)

There are several reasons why the beagle inside the flap is a male. Here are 2 of them:

1. The caption below the image calls it
“The Prayer of Faith.”
(In the book, Faith is the male offspring of Intuition, the female heroine of the story.) This is the obvious interpretation.

2. Less Obvious: This is the first appearance of Indiana Beagle, the mate of Intuition. If the feminine is intuition, her masculine counterpart is reckless imagination.

Now do you understand
why Indy Beagle is your host in the rabbit hole? – RHW

Buy the book from Amazon.com
Or buy the book from Wizard Academy Press for significantly less by calling Tamara at 512-295-5700. I'd send you to the Wizard Academy Press website but we're between webmasters and the site seems to be down right now.

Second sigh.

Aroo.
(Aroo is beagle for 'gotta run.')

“Is it possible, after all, that ‘history has no sense,’ that it teaches us nothing, and that the immense past was only the weary rehearsal of the mistakes that the future is destined to make on a larger stage and scale?”
