Clos Cibonne
Côtes de Provence? Cuvée
Speciale Tibouren,
2012
The Clos Cibonne winery dates back to 1797 and for the past
80 years they’ve gambled everything on a single obscure grape, Tibouren, believing that it’s perfectly suited to Provence in the south of France.
My bottle was Number 4581.
When I took a sip, I was afraid to swallow it because I immediately started hearing the shark music from Jaws. You know the music. I drank the first glass but haven’t gone back to it. And that night I had bad dreams. If you like scary movies, this may be the wine for you.
