I was startled when I tasted Emilio Moro wine, so I assembled a jury of 5 people to write down on paper the music they heard when they sipped it. I’m going to give you all 5 of their opinions because every one of them independently agreed with me.
The thing to keep in mind is that none of them knew where this wine originated when they tasted it. They just took a couple of sips, then wrote down their musical impressions.
Emilio Moro wine comes from Ribera del Duero, a Spanish wine region characterized by flat, rocky terrain in that country’s northern plateau.
A rocky plateau in Spain.
Keep that in mind.
