Think about it… instantaneous worldwide communication, including
the visual ability to zoom in to any point on the globe from a satellite
orbiting high above the planet. Email and Google Maps: these didn’t
exist when most of you were kids, yet you don’t even think about
them any more. How quickly you get used to the miraculous!

Taking things for granted is a deep flaw within humans, I think.
Dogs don’t take things for granted. Every moment is a miracle to us.
