The image below is the shadow of Jackson Whittington when he was a little boy. Jackson is in college now and much taller; about 6’4”.
The female shadow is Jane DeDecker’s “Into the Wind,” the life-size bronze statue that stands above the underground art gallery, just outside the south door of the banquet hall in the Tower at Wizard Academy.
Interesting trivia: that photo of Jackson’s shadow in a funny hat was taken by his father, Daniel Whittington. I asked for a copy of it right after Daniel snapped it about a dozen years ago.
