The Monday Morning Memo

Few Academy class photos have clearly identifiable front, middle, and back rows, so identification of students is difficult. But standing in the vice-chancellor’s office gave Mass Invasion a place to layer themselves on the steps.
Front – Mass and Kelly Giorgini
Middle – Sarah, Alec, Ken, Michele, Trish, Bill
Back – Steven, Dee, Patrick, Oz, Tom, Jeff, Daniel, Cedric, Jonathan, John
Missing from photo – Aaron

The questions you answered in today’s Monday Morning Memo were posed to the people in this photo just 3 days ago.

The key is to find common denominators that seem to connect a number of your choices, thus giving you a glimpse into the “hidden code” that might unconsciously be guiding your choices. This is a good first step in helping you learn to spot the patterns and connections in the choices of others.

I’m sure I’ll get in trouble for this, but the best way for you to understand this amazing blind spot within each of us is to tell you how the Wizard of Ads discovered it within himself just 18 months ago.

If I wind up in the dog house for this, you’ll post bail, won’t you?

“

I told a teenager today I used to get 10 CDs for a penny in the mail, and I’m not sure if she thinks I’m lying about what a CD was, what a penny is, or what the mail is, or all three.

“

- sent to us by Dave Young, previously from Sidney, Nebraska. Yes, it's a real place. It was named after Sidney Dillon in 1867. The town is located in the valley of Lodgepole Creek, a few miles north of the Colorado state line. I promise I'm not making this up. – Indy Beagle
