The Monday Morning Memo

Roving reporter Rotbart was shown a lot of love from the media during the past two weeks, including coverage in The Wall Street Journal, FORTUNE, and NPR, along with more than a dozen other news outlets. A faculty member at Wizard Academy who coaches business owners on how to get free publicity, Rotbart did exactly what he teaches in his Reputation Tool Chest class, and it produced an avalanche of coverage for his new book, “September Twelfth: An American Comeback Story.” Of all those interviews, Rotbart’s favorite was his live Facebook and YouTube conversation with Charlotte Kosa, a West Coast journalist. Listen in as Kosa talks with our roving reporter about the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the resiliency of The Wall Street Journal reporters who covered that unfolding drama even after their newsroom was destroyed! Journalists are tougher than they look! Listen and learn at MondayMorningRadio.com

Random Quote:

“She was married when we first met

Soon to be divorced

I helped her out of a jam, I guess

But I used a little too much force

We drove that car as far as we could

Abandoned it out West

Split up on a dark sad night

Both agreeing it was best

She turned around to look at me

As I was walkin’ away

I heard her say over my shoulder

“We’ll meet again someday on the avenue”

Tangled up in blue (1974)”

- Bob Dylan, winner of the 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature
