The Monday Morning Memo

Bring Me To Life is a new song written and performed by Nate Drew and his Salt Lake City Pops. Nate has agreed to let all rabbit hole wanderers have
a free download. Cool, huh? Give it a listen and you’ll feel the song move you from place to place, mood to mood, energy to energy, wordlessly.

– Indiana Beagle
PS – According to Barry Skidmore who knows about such things, downloading to a Mac is accomplished by Control-Click and select Download, or, if you’re a PC person or right-click Mac person, you’ll Right-Click and select Download.

ONE MORE THING: when you go to the download page, you’ll have to enter your email address. Don’t freak out. This is NOT so we can spam you or sell your contact info or anything evil like that. The system we’re using is the one Wizzo set up for distributing radio ads to hundreds of radio stations across America. The reason the system requires an email address is so Wizzo can be sure all the stations have received the newest ads.

Random Quote:

“Yesterday, following the inauguration of Joe Biden, Amazon.com committed their 800,000 employees, plus their operations, information technology, communications capabilities, and expertise to help the U.S. government vaccinate our nation against Covid-19. 400,000 Americans died of the disease during the tantrum known as the Trump presidency. I think Biden won the Presidency – not because he was a dynamic orator, because he wasn’t – but due to millions of people simply voting against Trump.

Isn’t it interesting to see how people step forward to assist when you admit that you are facing a huge problem and need help? We somehow survived 4 years of antagonistic, ego-driven leadership that vacillated between claims of invincibility and victimhood with the speed of a ping-pong ball in a match between champions. Now that we have a kind and humble soul in charge, people are coming out of the woodwork to assist him. It seems Biden has the perfect temperament and experience to do what needs to be done right now. I believe him when he says, “My whole soul is in this.”

Better days ahead, I think. :)”
