I climbed with the wizard to the top of the Academy tower many months ago. He shook his head and muttered, “What have I gotten myself into?”

Fling yourself headlong. 
Failure is a temporary condition. It passes. And then the sun comes out again and your adventure keeps rolling on.

Wizzo was in way over his head on this tower thing, but because enough people love the Academy, it all turned out okay.
