But what would that mean? Would it mean that we, like God, have two eyes, two ears, a nose, a mouth with two lips and a tongue?

No, it would mean that we, like Him, can speak worlds into existence.

Did you hear me, man, worlds!

The opposable thumb is nice, I’ll grant you, but baboons have opposable thumbs and they do not rule.

‘Have I not said you are gods?’ Jesus, when he walked among us, spoke those words. Read it for yourself in John 10:34 if you don’t believe me.

‘You are gods.’ Not baboons, not mitochondria on a slide, not wildebeests in a zoo, but gods, with a small ‘g’ yes, but gods nonetheless.

Well. Maybe a little less.
